I love using my Instant Pot for pressure cooking and steaming most often. You can also use it as a slow cooker and several other things, but for this post, I am focusing on the pressure cooker function for easy dinners.

I would love to have an instant pot to use in my new house, which is still not built yet. We had a fire in 2017 and lost nearly everything. Most Instant Pot recipes can be also done in a slow cooker.
I have thought for a while that an instant pot would be a great tool. I just haven’t had the funds available to make it happen yet.
