If you have thought about keeping a natural first aid kit on hand, then you will want to check out the items my family uses. If you are a stay-at-home mom or homeschool mom, then you may need these items gathered in an easily accessible place – a container or basket on a high shelf works.
It is important to note that just because something is natural does not mean it should be used without caution. Please do your own research and determine the appropriate way to use each item. I will share how my family uses these items for educational and informative purposes only, based on our personal experience.
We purchase most of these items from just a couple of small businesses, as well as Amazon. Whenever possible, I choose a small business over the big guys, but I am linking to Amazon when it is the cheapest – for your convenience.
This is NOT an exhaustive list. I keep many more items in my home, but these are what we seem to use the most often.

Hi, Clarissa!
I noticed that the rose hydrosol spray and the geranium hydrosol spray are used for identical purposes on hair. I was wondering, do you use one or the other for these purposes, or both together? Thank you in advance for your guidance.
Hi Debbie, I almost always use the rose for my hair and the geranium for my face (as a toner). But, yes, you can use both of them for hair. The geranium seems to dry my hair out a little bit, so I like the rose best for my hair. 🙂 Thanks for asking!
