When life got a little too overwhelming, I stopped baking bread. I tried my hand at making bread again a couple of years later and had success with a Honey Wheat recipe from A Little Healthier. Then, I got sick and diagnosed with Sarcoidosis. 🙁 Bread making stopped again!
Now that I’m eating a low-gylcemic diet (mostly), I had stopped eating bread all together. Imagine my delight, when I stumbled upon Gwen’s Easy Bread and realized it was about the same as my original favorite Artisan Style bread AND was THM-friendly!!? Yay! I had Josiah mix up a batch on a Thursday and we baked our first loaf on Sunday. It was so yummy! And so easy! I won’t bother sharing the recipe… you can find that over at Gwen’s Nest… but, I thought it’d be fun to show you our bread making in photos! Enjoy!
