Before Baby Comes "To-Do List"

I have just 3.5 months left until I am due with baby #7 on May 10th! If I have him as early as I had Hadassah, then I have less than 3 months to go! I have been adding things to my list of things to get done before baby comes. This is what I have on it so far.

1. Buy and install (hubby's job) a bench seat in our van -to replace two bucket seats- that we are hoping to order from this website. We are hoping to get the 4 passenger bench, which would bring our seating up to 9 and give us 1 extra seat after baby comes. (can't help but think of how it would have been filled with Elijah)
2. Organize and go through all of our boxes in our storage shed -with hubby. There are boxes in there that I packed before moving here, almost two years ago, and labeled "garage sale"... I really need to go through them and figure out what I can actually sell, what I should give away, and what I should throw away (and maybe, what I should keep).
3. Clean out and organize our garage -with hubby.
4. Go through the baby boy clothes I have in storgage and get rid of anything that is faded that ungly yellow color. I already went through the clothes for 12mo+ boy clothes, so I need to get those last few containers done that are newborn-12mo.
5. Determine what I need to buy for baby boy.
6. Clean out my fridge.
7. Clean behind my fridge and oven.
8. Buy bunk beds for our kids. One set for the girls' room and one set for the boys' room. I want twin over double for each room. This depends entirely on whether we get a decent sixed tax refund or not.
9. Get our piano tuned.
10. Get a few solid months of school books done with Josiah. Hoping to school through til baby comes, then take 1 month off.  

So, that's it so far. I'm sure I will be adding more to it. What are some things you always want to get done before you have a baby??
